prC.R. Turbos, the Hampshire based Turbocharger Specialists in 2006 announced the appointment of Vince Osborne as a partner moving from Universal Turbos where he had been for the past four years.
From serving his engineering apprenticeship, Vince moved to Turbo Technics in 1986 and soon was overseeing the Turbobuild department and where for the next nine years he was heavily involved with the Ford Motorsport Rally side of the business. His many contacts and close business links with companies such as Garrett Motorsport Division then saw him set up Turboshop in Daventry in early 1996.

C.R. Turbos has a pretty fine pedigree, with proprietor Stewart Kelsey serving his apprenticeship with Maranello Concessionaries back in the early seventies before moving to AFN Porsche in West London.
A spell at Charles Ivey Engineering specialising on Porsche Road and Race cars, Stewart found out about the fascination of turbochargers when the got to drive one of Nick Faure's 930 Turbos. This eventually led him in the late eighties to set up Universal Turbos with Adrian Brown, Sales Manager from Turbo Centre.
In 1999, Stewart sold his interest in Universal and with the help of his experienced team, C.R. Turbos has moved ahead from strength to strength.

In 2007 C.R.Turbos welcomed the addition of Mark Arnold who is a very experienced machinist & chargehand, and is appointed special projects manager.

In 2009 C.R.Turbos also welcomed the addition of Craig Hodgson, who has been in the turbocharger business for 20+ years and is now a valuable asset in the role of general manager.

Recently C.R.Turbos has expanded with the acquisition of 3 new units and a fully equipped CnC machine shop, giving the business 6500 square meters of workshop area.
