Here at CR Turbos we offer a V.N.T Repair service , Please see the video below to help you understand how a V.N.T works.

Commonly highlighted by the intermittent engine management light and limp mode condition , the ceased V.N.T is now well recognised.

Due to the large number of moving parts situated in the harsh environment of the exhaust system, the build up of carbon deposits can often cause the mechanism to cease.

The vehicles E.C.U will detect an out of operating range error and for safety engage the limp home mode.

With the ignition switched off and then back on again the E.C.U will reset and the vehicle will drive normally until the next interruption.

By carefully stripping, cleaning, adjusting and re-setting, we at C.R.Turbos can repair the turbocharger.
